Last but not least, we’d like to welcome our third new marketing manager in recent months, Stefanie Richardson! Check out this interview to learn a little more about her and her goals for her WordJack clients.
Why did you decide to join the WordJack team?
There comes a time when you are in search for something more – this was my time. I recently graduated with an honours in Communications and knew I wanted to dive deep into the world of digital marketing. This WordJack opportunity couldn’t have came at a better time.
What made you interested in web marketing?
Having started my own lifestyle blog, I know firsthand how rewarding it feels to see your analytics rise and to witness the digital growth. I love being part of the action, and I think that writing, publishing, and marketing all of my own content gave me a taste into the world of web marketing. Today, I’m here at WordJack with the goal to help my clients achieve these intrinsic and extrinsic rewards on the web.
What can your clients expect from you as their marketing manager?
We are a client-focused company here with a passion for people and digital performance. Every day and every hour, I’m constantly thinking about my clients and how they can win on the web. My client base is so diverse, and I’m thankful for my open-mindedness and eagerness to learn – it keeps me on my feet!
What do you think is the most important thing a small business can do to improve their online marketing strategy?
Honing in on what your business is passionate about, and what your expertise is, will 100% improve your strategy. There is a saying, “Go Big or Go Home,” but I think it’s important to start small and optimize all your key pillars for your target location first. That’s when the success happens.
What do you like most about working for WordJack so far?
We do it differently here at WordJack. We are a solid team, and it’s a fun environment to be in. If you love your team and the work you do – can it get any better than that?
What are some of your interests/hobbies outside work?
I’m a pretty low-key gal with a spice for life. My ideal weekend would entail homemade pizza and wine, bowling, hosting a dinner party and a brisk Sunday walk followed by cozy movies in the evening. I bring out the spice when it’s needed.
Is there anything else you’d like the WordJack team and your clients to know about you?
I may ask a lot of questions, but it’s because I want to get it right the first time.
Welcome to the team, Stef! We’re happy to have you!
