• You own your site – You’re our customer, not our prisoner! Your site is built with WordPress, a broadly supported content management system. After completing your 6-month minimum term contract, the site is 100% yours if you ever choose to go elsewhere or manage your own hosting.

• Website activity – Our Web Starter clients receive monthly reports regarding their site’s activity, including information about visits, time spent on site, and pages visited.
• Extra web performance indicators – Optimizer clients can receive metrics for activity on their social media pages, search engine ranking performance of their website, recent marketing campaigns, and much more.
• Professional analysis – In addition to expanded reports, Optimizer clients get notes from their marketing manager on which activities were most effective that month and professional recommendations for future campaigns.

• Micro-budget PPC & landing pages – Some paid advertising campaigns are included in Optimizer Leads and Optimizer Pro packages. We place ads through Google and Bing’s advertising programs to direct traffic to your landing pages, which are specifically designed to foster prompt inquiries.
• Email newsletters – We’ll prepare beautiful and professional emails and newsletters to send to your current customer list. If you don’t have a customer email list, we can help you create one that’s fully compliant with anti-spam rules.
• Online PR campaigns (where applicable) – If you’ve got a story that’s newsworthy, we can write it up as a press release and distribute it through a selection of public relations channels.
• Expanded PPC paid advertising campaigns – Optimizer Pro customers often allocate more of their monthly budget to paid ads (PPC) once their landing pages start delivering consistent leads.

Average Media Included

• Included ads – The cost of paid ads is factored into the monthly price of all Optimizer packages. We can purchase ads for your business on networks like Google, Meta, and Bing to help support your business before organic traffic ramps up. Although most of WordJack’s activity will be focused on driving organic traffic, small ad campaigns can help you start generating results right away.
• We’re flexible – The numbers quoted are average and may depend on other work being prioritized in your marketing program each month. If you find this is working really well, you can choose to invest  in additional media spend by adding our managed ppc service and a media budget of your choosing.

Managed PPC (Extra Budget)

• Managed PPC – Your package comes with some budget for paid search and display ads through networks like Google, Bing, and Meta. However, if you want to increase your PPC budget, we’ll manage it for you at a flat rate. Many providers will charge 20-50% of their clients’ media budget, but we don’t think that’s fair.
