Continue my advanced online marketing program with WordJack at a reduced rate • My WordJack services will remain the same as prioritized by me and my WordJack Web Marketing Manager • I will spend $600 each month with WordJack ($350 if I'm on the Home Advisor Plan) starting with my September billing but receive the same level of services • All other terms of my agreement will remain unchanged

Continue my advanced online marketing program at the same rate • My monthly spend will not change from the current amount • I will receive additional advanced online marketing services as prioritized by me and my Web Marketing Manager • All other terms of my agreement will remain unchanged

I understand that this submission will act as a written amendment to my current WordJack Agreement. I have the authority to bind the corporation to this amendment.*
