Tierney Orthotics and Prosthetics signed up with WordJack Media in 2018. One of the WordJack digital marketing consultants stopped by the office, and we decided to proceed with WordJack Media’s services. We were in desperate need of assistance when we began marketing services with WordJack. We needed help with everything, including a new website design, business card design, and assistance with our social media pages, brochures, etc.
My experience with WordJack has been wonderful! Our business is quite pleased with the amount of positive influence the marketing has created for our company. WordJack has created a platform in which our business has exploded. Our company is grateful for the hard work and dedication WordJack has provided to us. Also, because of the working relationship I have and trust I have with our Web Marketing Manager, I am able to ease some of my workload by trusting her and WordJack to release some published pages without my 100% proofreading. If I do not respond in a timely manner, I trust her to proceed with the content. It has been nice to alleviate some stress.
What I like most is the monthly follow-up calls regarding the status of our progress. We appreciate the blogs and posting to our social media as well. We are also grateful that when a client of ours leaves a Google review, there is a “response from the owner” that is provided by WordJack as well. This makes people feel heard and appreciated.
Since we began working with WordJack, we have seen increased new patient referrals, increased website inquiries, increased website traffic (which was never tracked before 2018), increased followers, increased patient/company relationships, etc. I definitely recommend WordJack Media to other businesses. I feel the monthly cost is affordable and helpful to increase referrals and business.
