We recently made the decision to update our website and content. This was by no means an easy decision, as the cost of doing so and indeed the associated risks where pretty concerning. We had initial meetings with WordJack and liked what they had to say. However, the market is flooded with people and companies that say they can improve your market position and web content, and it simply isn’t the case. We have been through this and paid the price — may I add, more than once!
We moved forward with WordJack about 8 months ago and have been surprised and impressed with the results and the ongoing daily and weekly work that is done on our behalf.
Our WordJack marketing manager has been a delight and a blessing. She has taken her role in our business very seriously and acts more like a member of our staff than a subcontractor. She is diligent, fast, and very responsive, and she has done a great job so far of looking after us. I am sure that the rest of the WordJack team meets those same high standards, too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WordJack to other small businesses. They do what they say they will do, and I personally believe that the expense and financial commitment have been worthwhile.
