One of my favorite online marketing tools is SEOquake. It’s an analytic SEO tool that can be used in the Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera browsers. SEOquake is a toolbar that automatically gives you handy information about any website you visit or search for, such as Google index, page rank, Alexa rank, number of Facebook likes, and much more.
My favorite part of the SEOquake tool to use is the “Diagnosis” feature. It gives me a quick look at any website to determine the status of the following: URL, Title, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, Heading, Images, Text, Frames and Flash. The tool will also give me the industry-suggested standards for each SEO item. If the site is up to the standards, it will show a green check box for that item. If it’s close but could use some improvements, it will show a yellow dash. It the item is far out of standard, you’ll see a red X. It’s a great way to find out what you need to work on to make your website rank higher on search engines!
